Contest Rules – “Pizza Toppings"
§1 General Provisions
- The Organizer of the contest is MoreTalks – Co&Sisters Katarzyna Chilimoniuk, based in Poland, ul. Trakt Królewski 182A, 05-083 Zalesie, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 1182249331, REGON: 523310690.
- The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- Participation in the contest is voluntary and free of charge.
§2 Contest Rules
- The contest runs from the date of publication of the giveaway post on Instagram until 30 September 2025.
- To take part, participants must:
- Answer the contest question in the comments under the giveaway post.
- Tag two friends in their comment.
- Follow the Instagram account @moretalksofficial.
§3 Participation Conditions
- The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside within the European Union.
- Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
§4 Prizes
- The prize consists of a pack of MoreTalks stickers. Two winners will be selected.
- Winners will be chosen by a jury of MoreTalks representatives, based on creativity and humor of the submitted answers.
- Contest results will be announced by 30 September 2025 on the Instagram account @moretalksofficial.
- Prizes will be shipped free of charge to winners within the European Union.
§5 Copyright and Personal Data
- By entering the contest, participants agree that their answers may be published by the Organizer on Instagram or other promotional materials, without additional compensation.
- Personal data of participants will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the contest, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
§6 Final Provisions
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules for important reasons, provided it does not affect the acquired rights of participants.
- Matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law.
