Rules of the "Perfect Party with Beztrosko and MoreTalks" competition

§1 General provisions

  1. The competition is organised by MoreTalks (“Organiser 1”) - Co&Sisters Katarzyna Chilimoniuk with its registered office at ul. Trakt Królewski 182A, 05-083 Zalesie, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business, NIP: 1182249331, REGON: 523310690 , and Beztrosko Drinks (“Organizer 2”) - South Central Tomasz Chodorowicz with its registered office at ul. Klonowa 20/26, 00-591 Warsaw, entered into the register of the Central Register and Information on Business, NIP: 7010251486 , REGON: 385998916 .
  2. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  3. Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 Competition Rules

  1. The competition runs from the date of publication of the competition post on Instagram until May 5, 2025.
  2. To enter the competition, entrants must:
    • Answer the competition question in a comment under the competition post on Instagram.
    • Follow @moretalksofficial and @beztrosko.drinks on Instagram.

§3 Conditions of participation

  1. The competition is open to persons over 18 years of age.
  2. Employees of the Organizers and their immediate families cannot take part in the competition.

§4 Prizes

  1. The prize in the competition is a set of conversation cards: Love, Stories, Dilemmas and a surprise from Beztrosko.
  2. The winner will be selected by a jury composed of representatives of the Organizers based on the creativity of the responses.
  3. The competition results will be announced by May 15, 2025.

§5 Copyright and personal data protection

  1. Participants consent to the Organizers using their competition responses in promotional materials free of charge.
  2. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for purposes related to the organisation of the competition.

§6 Final provisions

  1. The organizers reserve the right to change the regulations for important reasons.
  2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
