Returns
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, under the Consumer Rights Act you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The 14-day period begins from the moment you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
You can withdraw from the contract by sending us a declaration of withdrawal—for example, via email at: hello@moretalks.shop. It is sufficient to send the declaration before the 14-day period expires.

– but no later than 14 days from the date you withdrew from the contract.
Payments you have made will be refunded without delay, according to the rules set out in the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of their return—whichever comes first.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases specified in the Store Regulations. Detailed information about your rights can be found in that document.
Complaints
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights if the purchased product is not in conformity with the contract.
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint—for example, by sending an email to: hello@moretalks.shop.
As a rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that moment.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:

replacement of the product,

repair of the product.
In certain cases, you may also submit a declaration of:

withdrawal from the contract,

price reduction.
